Artur Akhmetzyanov is the winner of the 2018 Bangkok International Comedy Competition and Singapore’s only Russian comedian. Blazing a trail on the Singapore comedy circuit, Artur has made a name for himself as an incredible storytelling comic with powerfully funny punchlines.

He has been a part of the Magners International Comedy Festival 2019, StoryFest: International Storytelling Festival Singapore 2018, was the 1st runner-up of the 2018 Magners Comedy Competition Singapore, sold out his first full hour show 'Russian Comedian' in 2018, and was named one of the top open mic comedians at the Singapore Comedy Fringe 2017.

A travelling comic, Artur has performed live in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Australia, Hong Kong, South Korea, Japan and the Philippines. Artur has opened for international comedians like Neal Brennan, Brendon Burns, Ahmed Ahmed, Alistair Barrie, Dwayne Perkins & Jinx Yeo.
