Presenting the winner of inaugaral Bangkok International Comedy Competition and HK International Comedy award in 2018, Garron Chiu, an American born stand-up comedian based in Hong Kong and Artur Akhmetzyanov, Singapore’s only Russian comedian who has performed in Thailand, Australia, Hong Kong and South Korea and won Bangkok International Comedy Competition in 2018.
